Request deletion without the app

You do not need to reinstall the game or log into this website to send a request. Email us using the button below, or copy the address into your own email service.

Use the subject Flick Home Run account deletion request. Tell us your platform (iOS/Android), whether you want to delete Global Derby or request help with other app-related data, and any non-sensitive account-identifying information you already have. We will reply if additional information is needed to verify ownership and locate the record.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or raw purchase receipts/tokens. A leaderboard nickname is public and does not by itself prove ownership. The game uses an anonymous account; if account-identifying information was lost, we may need additional verification or be unable to identify the account safely. We will explain this rather than erase another player's data.

Delete directly in the game

In the version offering Global Derby account deletion, open Derby → profile button → Delete Derby account. Read both warnings and explicitly confirm. You can check status from the same screen; single-player remains available while deletion is processed.

What is deleted and what remains

• Deleted: the anonymous Derby account, Derby profile and competition records, remaining Derby tickets including purchased tickets, and Derby-specific local online records.
• Preserved: single-player levels, experience, gold bat and collected pieces, Called Shot inventory, mode unlocks and achievement progress on your device.
• Minimal transaction hashes are retained only as necessary to prevent purchase reuse, without a UID, profile, remaining balance or raw proof. Necessity is reviewed every 90 days; this is not an automatic 90-day deletion promise.
• Completion status has no UID or profile and remains available until the app acknowledges it, then expires after seven days. Apple/Google/Epic accounts and independently held platform or Analytics records require their applicable deletion processes.

Remaining Derby tickets cannot be recovered after deletion. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Refund requests are handled separately by the relevant store.

Processing and confirmation

Normal in-app automated requests are expected to complete within 24 hours. Website/email requests require verification and are handled by support; we will tell you if further information or time is needed and confirm the outcome. Email us if an in-app request remains pending or its status cannot be checked. Do not uninstall solely to request server deletion.
