Privacy Policy
This policy applies to My Cozy Aquarium (package and bundle ID com.infinitypocket.littleaquarium) on Android and iOS. The game does not require an account or sign-in.
Information stored on your device
Your aquarium progress, collection, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may delete this information. Progress that has not been backed up separately may not be recoverable.
Company game promotions
The app may download a catalog of Infinity Pocket games and images from our content delivery network over HTTPS. The network provider receives your IP address and basic connection information needed to deliver that content. The app uses your device language and region locally to choose relevant promotions; it does not separately send these settings to the promotion server. Opening a promotion takes you to the Apple App Store or Google Play, where that store's privacy policy applies. These banners promote our own games; the app does not include a third-party advertising network SDK.
Optional play analytics
Firebase Analytics is used only if you enable “Share anonymous play statistics” in the game's Settings. It may receive gameplay events such as aquarium care actions, shells opened, and the identifier of a company game promotion you opened. Firebase may also process an app-instance identifier, app and device information, an approximate region inferred from IP address, and basic diagnostic information. Turning this option off stops subsequent Analytics event collection. Data already transmitted may remain with the service provider until deletion under its retention settings or applicable law.
Optional in-app purchases
You can buy coins through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles payment and provides the app with the product identifier, purchase status, and transaction or purchase token needed to verify and deliver the coins. The app stores a record of fulfilled transactions on your device to avoid granting the same purchase twice. We do not receive or store your card number or other payment credentials. The store's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Sharing, security, and your choices
Infinity Pocket uses Firebase/Google for opted-in analytics and a content delivery network provider for company game promotions. We do not sell your personal information. Data is protected in transit using HTTPS. You can enable or disable Analytics in Settings. To ask about access to or deletion of information already sent, contact infinitypocket@gmail.com; we will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
Other features and changes
The app does not require access to contacts, photos, a microphone, or precise location. We will update this policy and the app-store privacy disclosures before making other material changes to data handling. Any updated policy will state its new effective date.
